In this series, Jonathan Lee provides insight into the physical foundations of strength, speed, and performance in golf. Jonathan is a Swede with American roots, a former race car driver, and today a golf professional and golf physiotherapy trainer. His fascination with the human body has shaped his career for many years — from motorsport to high-performance golf. As an active competitor on the European Long Drive Tour, Jonathan regularly drives the ball over 400 meters. Alongside his competitive career, he works as a physio and fitness coach at a fitness facility located directly at the golf course in Halmstad, Sweden, supporting golfers of all skill levels. In this series, Jonathan shares his expertise in functional movement, mobility, strength, and speed within the golf swing. The content combines sports science principles with practical exercises that can be directly integrated into golf training. Power & Performance is designed for golfers who want to understand how a powerful, efficient body is built — and how to use it to swing faster, more stable, and more effectively.
