In this series, Kate Floss combines solid golf technique with yoga and a holistic understanding of physical and mental well-being. Kate grew up in Poland and was a former member of the Polish national golf team. Through the national squad, she was introduced to yoga at an early stage, where it was an integral part of her training and shaped her perspective on movement, stability, and recovery. Today, Kate works in the Heidelberg area in Germany, teaching both golf and yoga. Her approach is designed for both men and women and blends precise technical golf knowledge with targeted yoga and movement exercises. Golfers dealing with pain, limited mobility, or recurring physical issues particularly benefit from her coaching. Her goal is to build a more resilient body, improve efficiency in the golf swing, and support long-term, healthy performance. A balanced combination of technique, body awareness, and mindfulness — for sustainable performance on the golf course.
