Member
means any registered customer holding an active Membership.

User
means every visitor using the Platform.

4. ELIGIBILITY

You may only use our Services if:

  • you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You represent that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete and kept up to date.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts providing false information.

Golfcoaching.online offers subscription-based Memberships providing access to premium educational content and exclusive member benefits.


Membership benefits may include:

Membership content may change over time as new material is added or existing material is updated.

No specific amount of content is guaranteed.
 

7. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

Unless otherwise stated during checkout, Memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring billing using your selected payment method.

You may cancel renewal at any time through your account or by contacting Customer Support.

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically entitle you to refunds for the current billing period unless required by applicable law.
 

8. PRICING

Prices displayed on the Platform are shown in the applicable currency and include taxes where legally required.

11. ONLINE COACHING

Coaching sessions are educational services.

Appointment times are agreed individually.

Failure to attend scheduled coaching sessions without sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of the booked session, unless otherwise agreed.

Rescheduling requests are handled at our reasonable discretion.
 

12. MEMBER DISCOUNTS

Members may receive exclusive discounts on products, services, partner offers or coaching sessions.

Discounts:

  • cannot normally be combined unless expressly stated;

  • have no cash value;

  • may be modified or withdrawn at any time unless contractually guaranteed.
     

13. GOLF IMPROVEMENT DISCLAIMER

Golf improvement depends on numerous individual factors including practice frequency, physical ability, equipment, health, and personal commitment.
 

Accordingly:

Golfcoaching.online does not guarantee:
 

  • handicap improvement;

  • tournament success;

  • increased driving distance;

  • lower scores;

  • qualification for tournaments;

  • professional performance.
     

All educational material is intended to support learning but does not promise specific results.

14. AI SWING COACH

The Golfcoaching.online AI Swing Coach is an educational technology designed to assist golfers by providing automated swing analyses, feedback, practice recommendations and learning suggestions.

The AI does not replace professional golf instruction.

Users acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated analyses are based on algorithmic interpretation of submitted data.

  • Recommendations may not be accurate for every golfer.

  • Results may differ depending on camera angle, lighting, video quality and user input.

  • AI recommendations should always be interpreted together with personal judgement and, where appropriate, professional coaching.

Golfcoaching.online makes no warranty that AI-generated feedback is free from errors or suitable for every individual.

15. VIDEO UPLOADS

To use certain Services, users may upload videos, photographs or other content.

By uploading content you confirm that:

  • you own all necessary rights;

  • no third-party rights are violated;

  • all persons appearing in the content have consented where legally required;

  • the upload does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy or publicity rights.
     

You remain the owner of your uploaded material.

However, you grant Golfcoaching.online a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to:
 

  • process the upload,

  • analyse it using AI,

  • temporarily store it,

  • generate coaching feedback,

  • improve the operation and reliability of the Services.
     

Your uploaded swing videos will never be sold to third parties.

Golfcoaching.online will not use uploaded videos for advertising purposes without your explicit consent.
 

16. PROHIBITED CONTENT

Users may not upload content that:
 

  • violates applicable law;

  • contains pornography;

  • promotes violence;

  • promotes terrorism or extremist ideologies;

  • contains hate speech;

  • infringes copyrights;

  • contains malware;

  • impersonates another individual;

  • violates privacy rights.
     

We reserve the right to remove content without prior notice.
 

17. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights belong exclusively to Golfcoaching.online or its licensors.

No ownership is transferred to users through purchase of a Membership.
 

18. LIMITED LICENCE

Members receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use purchased content for private purposes only.
 

You may not:

  • record videos,

  • redistribute downloads,

  • upload Masterclass videos elsewhere,

  • share login credentials,

  • sell access,

  • mirror our website,

  • scrape our database,

  • use AI outputs commercially without permission.
     

19. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

If you believe copyrighted material has been used unlawfully, please contact: training@wolfmichael.de

We will investigate all legitimate claims promptly.

20. COMMUNITY STANDARDS

Where community features are available, users agree to interact respectfully.
 

The following behaviour is prohibited:

29. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golfcoaching.online, its owner, employees, contractors, affiliates and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of the Platform.
 

This includes, but is not limited to:
 

  • loss of profits;

  • interruption of business;

  • loss of opportunity;

  • loss of tournament results;

  • loss of handicap improvements;

  • equipment damage;

  • inaccurate AI analyses;

  • coaching recommendations;

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited under mandatory law, including liability for intent, gross negligence, fraud, or injury to life, body, or health.
 

30. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Golfcoaching.online, Michael Wolf, employees, affiliates and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, legal costs or expenses arising from:
 

  • violation of these Terms;

  • misuse of the Platform;

  • infringement of third-party rights;

  • unlawful uploaded content;

  • unauthorized commercial use;

  • breach of applicable law.
     

31. FORCE MAJEURE

Golfcoaching.online shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • natural disasters;

  • war;

  • terrorism;

  • pandemics;

  • cyberattacks;

  • internet outages;

  • governmental actions;

  • labour disputes;

  • supplier failures;

  • power outages.
     

Performance obligations shall be suspended for the duration of such events.
 

32. PRIVACY

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that personal data may be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), where applicable.
 

33. TERMINATION

  • engage in fraud;

  • share Membership access;

Termination does not affect outstanding payment obligations.
 

34. CHANGES TO THE TERMS

Continued use of the Services following publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
 

35. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law provisions and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.

Mandatory statutory rights of consumers in their country of habitual residence remain unaffected where applicable.
 

36. JURISDICTION

Where legally permissible, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be Stuttgart, Germany.

If mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise, those provisions shall prevail.
 

37. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original commercial intent.
 

38. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

  • Refund Policy

  • Withdrawal Policy (where applicable)
     

constitute the entire agreement between Golfcoaching.online and the user concerning use of the Platform.
